COA and Quality Assurance
Each lot is accompanied by a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis documenting peptide identity by HPLC and/or mass spectrometry, purity, and, where applicable, sterility and endotoxin levels. Testing is conducted by independent third-party laboratories including Janoshik. COAs are traceable and available on the Lab Tests page.
Handling and Storage
Store EP-1 (S) in its original sealed vial at 36-46°F (2-8°C) for routine laboratory storage or at -4°F (-20°C) for longer-term preservation. Protect the material from light and humidity, and keep containers tightly sealed until required for research. When a working solution is needed, prepare the compound using an appropriate sterile reconstitution solution or compatible laboratory buffer in accordance with established laboratory procedures. Refrigerated or frozen storage of prepared solutions should be guided by the requirements of the research protocol, with aliquoting commonly used to help maintain sample integrity by minimizing repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Always follow institutional biosafety, laboratory handling, and disposal requirements.
Legal and Regulatory Disclaimer
EP-1 (S) is supplied strictly for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or veterinary consumption, clinical administration, therapeutic application, or diagnostic procedures of any kind. Safety and efficacy in humans have not been established. Purchasers are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and institutional biosafety policies.
